I’m a postpartum anxiety survivor, passionate researcher, and the woman who refuses to accept “it’s just hormones” as a complete answer.

After hemorrhaging twice, battling mastitis, and having two babies within two years, my nervous system got stuck in survival mode. The hypervigilance, the sleepless nights spent googling symptoms, the constant fear that something terrible was about to happen—it all made biological sense once I understood what had actually happened to my brain and body.

Now I translate complex research into clear answers for mothers who deserve to understand their own stories.
